Because we staff industrial positions exclusively, safety is serious business at Focus. WorkWise™ is our formal employee safety training and reward program based upon the combination of two nationally acclaimed safety programs from SafeStart and Dupont’s STOP program.
FocalPoints™ Client Reward Program
Safe work practices benefit everyone. So, we reward our clients for doing just that. Our FocalPoints™ program is a reward based points system similar to that of airlines, hotels, and credit cards. FocalPoints™ are earned through the number of safe working hours.
