By choosing to continue, you indicate that you have read, understand, agree, and meet the following:
- Are 18 years of age or older.
- Are willing to be screened for alcohol and/or drugs.
- Are legal to work in the U.S.A. and be able to provide legal documentation.
- Have at least 6 months previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
- Allow Focus and its clients to investigate your background including previous employment, criminal history, military history, and credit history.
- As a condition of employment, you must have a valid drivers license and your own reliable transportation to and from work. You understand and agree that if your status changes to where you do not have reliable transportation back and forth that you have quit Focus or may be terminated from Focus until you have reliable transportation.
- Being on time and showing up to work is a requirement for employment and failure to do so will result in termination. A No Call No Show without notice means you have quit Focus and Focus may replace you on your job assignment.
- You agree to contact FOCUS within 24 hours after the ending of each assignment to see if another assignment is available and that after two days time if you have not contacted Focus then your application will be considered inactive and that you have chosen to “QUIT” Focus.
- A 24 hour notice must be given for missing work. Being continually late or absent will result in termination of employment from Focus.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, sit, and/or reach for several hours per day or all day.
- Position specific experience.
- Explanations for breaks in employment and/or high number of previous employers.
